History

Snapper Rock's origins began in the junior sailing market. As New Zealanders living in one of America’s great sailing capitals - Annapolis, Maryland we saw the need for fun, fresh and functional, protective gear for kids on the water.

Our "Snapper Rock" sits in an area of water is the Bay of Islands, New Zealand famous for its sailing, surfing, boating and swimming.  Everyone that loves water has their very own Snapper Rock somewhere in the world!

Technology

Designed in New Zealand, with the help of a sailing design team, the popularity of Snapper Rock’s kid-centric water wear, now extends from the Southern Ocean to shores around the globe.

Snapper Rock has the latest sun protection range for kids 0-12+ years. Using only the very best fabric technologies, we've got you covered head to toe with our range of UPF 50+ rash tops, one piece sun suits, swim sets, boardies and hats.
