How do I place an order?

Ordering at should be an easy process, just choose your style and size, add it to your cart and then proceed to checkout. Please not that pricing is in USD only.   If you have any problems along the way please send us an email to or call us on 1.888.887.7780

What payment do you take?

We do accept the following credit cards:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Paypal
Please note that all pricing is in USD.  We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. 

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Is your site secure?

At we don't just stand behind our merchandise. We also do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience.
If you're not quite comfortable shopping online, or would prefer to make your purchase via telephone, just give us a call at 1.888.887.7780. We will be happy to take your order right over the phone.
Security is top of the list for purchasing on line and this is very important for Snapper Rock, we want you to feel completely safe and secure using our payment facilities.  To do this we use DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) as our secure payment gateway.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected countries using DHL.  Please select country at checkout to see rates.  These can range from $25-40 depending on location.  Shipping takes approx 4-5 business days.  Snapper Rock does not take any responsibility or pay for any duties or taxes put on at the destination country, any order over $200 can be charged duties by the incoming country - this is the responsibility of the customer to pay.  

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer Standard Shipping which we use either USPS priority mail or UPS or Fedex Ground, depending on the state to ship to we choose the speediest service.  We also offer an Express shipment (1-2 days) service, using USPS priority mail or Fedex.  We ship from our warehouse located in Trenton, New Jersey, USA.  For International shipments to selected countries we use DHL.  Please select country at checkout to see rates.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We realize that sometimes the item you have ordered is just not quite the color/style or size you were hoping for.  If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll find a solution for you. Initiate your return or exchange here.  

 Shipping & Handling Fee

A $6 fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed for shipping/handling. The $6 charge will not be deducted for an exchange, or return deemed as defective merchandise.


To return an item and get your package ready:

  • Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.
  • Attach the label to the original packaging or any appropriate shipping mailer of your choice
  • Put your package in your mailbox, USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location near you for an instant refund!
  • You'll get email confirmations as soon as your return has been processed.
  • We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.  If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
  • If you selected a refund to store credit, your digital store credit at will be emailed to you when the items are received at our fulfillment center.
  • We cannot accept any returns after 30 days from the original purchase date
  • All returned items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags, and panty liners attached, for a return to be accepted
  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on items purchased from the CLEARANCE SALE section.  These are items that have a sale price ending in 0.99c.  These are final sale.
  • Note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date


If you need to exchange your purchase for a different color or size, the quickest way to get your exchanged item is to please click here.

As with returns we cannot accept any exchanges after 30 days from the original purchase date

  • When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transition its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.


International Returns & Exchanges outside of the USA

Snapper Rock reserves the right to discontinue or change prices or product specifications without prior notice. Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on Snapper Rock and may be adjusted by Snapper Rock at any time. By placing an order and your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Certain information may need to be confirmed prior to accepting your order. Products are available while stocks last.
