Shipping Options:
Standard: $8.00 via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivered in 2-5 business days after dispatch. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Express: $24.95 via UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivered within 2 business days after dispatch, including Saturdays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or after 12 pm EST on weekdays may require an additional 1-2 days for processing. Both Standard and Express shipping timeframes refer to transit times post-dispatch. To ensure a prompt delivery, we recommend placing orders early, especially for Express service.
Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns Window
Orders placed between November 23rd and December 15th (including all BFCM sale orders) can be returned until January 15th.
Orders placed from December 16th onwards fall under our standard returns policy of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags and panty liners attached.
Refunds
A $6 shipping and handling fee is deducted from refunds. This does not apply to exchanges or approved defective returns.

Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
