Before You Start
Please check your return is eligible:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
- Items must be unused, in resaleable condition with all tags and panty liners attached
- Items purchased from the Clearance Sale (prices ending in .99) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
What Happens Next
Once you submit your return, exchange, or alternative selection through the portal, you'll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label by email. Attach it to your original packaging or any suitable mailer and drop it at your mailbox, a USPS drop box, or any USPS location.
We process returns as soon as we receive them — please allow 1–2 weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you selected store credit, your digital credit will be emailed to you once your items arrive at our fulfillment center.
Outside the USA?
We don't offer complimentary international returns at this time. Please email returns@snapperrock.com and our customer service team will provide instructions.
